Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 18, 2014, at eleven o'clock a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK A OF CRESCENT LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 65-67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
