NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003876, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and LOHRA BURROUGHS A/K/A LOHRA E. BURROUGHS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOHRA BURROUGHS A/K/A LOHRA E. BURROUGHS; MICHAEL J. BURROUGHS; N/K/A WILLIAM ALSARO; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 AND #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on the 16 day of JUNE, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 20 OF BONITA SHORES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
