NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2014, in Civil Case No. 1201576CA , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and STACEY L. BROOKS; NATHAN E. BROOKS; THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courhouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK C, SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 10 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
