NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19 day of May, 2014, in Civil Action No. 13-CC-002388, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JOHNNY ARTEAGA, III and KELLIE ANNE ARTEAGA, are the Defendants, and THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of June, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block G, SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO-B, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 10, as recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
