NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2014, and entered in 11-2013-CA-001566-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14, is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER BONACKI; HUNTINGTON LAKES ONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; HUNTINGTON LAKES RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATIONS INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on June 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN TE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2118, PAGES 2240 THROUGH 2382, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
