NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2014, and entered in 11-2012-CA-002871 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ELLINGTON LOAN ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. WOOD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY A. WOOD; LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on June 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-104, LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THERE OF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1345, PAGES 971 THROUGH 1047, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
