NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 0901954CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and SHARON RODRIGUEZ MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB SUN CATCHER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. TOULON II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. URIEL GOMEZ-ACOSTA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
I-3, SUN CATCHER, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1148, PAGE 594, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
