NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 19 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1000627CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-16 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and NANCY K. PRIOR VINCENT W. PRIOR UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHAWN KENCHT; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A VINCENT PRIOR JR. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 18 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 188, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO.6, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 TO 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
