NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1301747CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LARRY J KELLY HAMMOCK BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC RIALTO AT HAMMOCK BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. MARY ELLEN KELLY; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 18 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 8 OF RIALTO AT HAMMOCK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3290, PAGE 2402, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
