Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 41 2009CA011632AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16 is the Plaintiff, and LESLIE JONES, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, CHAMNESS PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
