NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, and entered in 2013CA007179AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCATION is the Plaintiff and THE WATCH AT WATERLEFE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN D. KOLESA A/K/A JOHN KOLESA; WATERLEFE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5-D, THE WATCH AT WATERLEFE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1691, PAGE 7084, AS AMENDED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1693, PAGE 7141, AND ANY ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 41, TOGETHER WITH SUPPLEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1713, PAGE 2291, AND PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 75 THROUGH 77, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
