NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA007824AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-AR3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Douglas N. Shackelford, Home Equity of America, Inc., a dissolved corporation,Patio Homes Maintenance Association, Inc., Sheila C. Shackelford, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
