NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007483 NC Div. A of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and DARREN BRITT, GREYSTONE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on September 17, 2014, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, GREYSTONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 21 through 21D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
