Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-012991-NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-54CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-54CB is the Plaintiff, and WAYNE V. LEWIS A/K/A WAYNE LEWIS, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 19 AND 20, BLOCK 861, FIRST REPLAT IN SIXTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 12 AND 12A THROUGH 12E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 20th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
