Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 12, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 39, VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, PHASE 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 18, 18A AND 18B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 334 MESTRE PL, NORTH VENICE, FL 34275; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 18, 2014 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
