Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008 CA 8119 SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Stephen A. Witzer, as Trustee u/a/d 2/7/1985 is the Plaintiff and Robert W. Dills, Martha C. Dills, Uni-Glide Manufacturing Co., Inc., Uni-Glide Trailer Company and NCN Electric, Inc., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via foreclosure sale conducted via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on June 24, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, CENTER ROAD INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, page 47, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
