NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-006167-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Susan Flynn and Jo Ellen Gildersleeve and Rita M. Sipes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on June 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
VILLA 56, STRATHMORE VILLA CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 7, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 569, PAGES 841 THROUGH 860, INCLUSIVE, AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2516, PAGE 2634 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 41 AND 41A, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
