NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017486-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A.1, 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and RONALD C SHOENBERGER; LINDA SHOENBERGER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
