NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, and entered in 2010 CA 002256 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY M. VEIGEL; PAULINE M. BRUNO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KISHIA VEIGEL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 372, Beach Manor #2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 90 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
