NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 21, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-008675-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR81, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and EVA DANIEL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVA DANIEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; CACH, LLC; WHITE SANDS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 06/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1020, WHITE SANDS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 1223, PAGE 1202, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGE 33, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
