NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 28, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 007556 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH1, is the Plaintiff, and, ANTHONY MARTINI; FRANK CLEMENTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY MARTINI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK CLEMENTS; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on June 12, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 300, OF 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
