Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 20 day of May, 2014, and entered in case No. 13-CC-3260 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ODYSEY AT OLYMPIA POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and HORIZON HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE, INC., HORIZON NURSING REGISTRY, INC., FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendant(s). That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of June, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 436, Olympia Pointe, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 82, Page(s) 84 through 97, inclusive, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
