KOHL, DECEASED; WILLIAM HAAKE A/K/A WILLIAM F. HAAKE; CAROL A. HAAKE; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KOHL FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 1, 1991; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KOHL FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 1, 1991; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4), SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, A/K/A THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF LOT 19, OAK CREEK FARMS, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION.

This property is located at the Street address of: 17310 OAK CREEK ROAD, ALVA, FLORIDA 33920.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
