NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007383-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT-1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE AND ALL OTHERES WHO CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARILYN ANN FRIZALONE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JAMES JOSEPH FRIZALONE; RITA PEARCE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of June, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, MAGNOLIA VALLEY UNIT ONE; SAID LOT, BLOCK AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
