LOT 12, BLOCK 20, ROLLING OAKS ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 23-32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
