Also, that portion of Lot 95, Country Club Estates Unit 1-C, according to the Plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 24, Of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, Being further described as follows: For a point of Beginning, begin at the Southwest Corner of Lot 95 of said Country Club Estates Unit 1-C, run thence South 86 Degrees, 50 minutes 39 seconds East, 105.90 Feet to a point on the Easterly Boundary of said Lot 95, thence South 1 Degree 30 Minutes 58 seconds West along said Easterly Boundary, a distance of 18.25 Feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 95, thence North 77 Degrees 07 Minutes 14 Seconds West along the Southerly Boundary of said Lot, a distance of 107.99 Feet to the Point of Beginning.

This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
