LOT 415, HOLIDAY LAKES WEST, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 97 TO 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 1305 Fuchsia Drive, Holiday, FL 34691
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. On or before 6-30-14
