NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006188ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, GREENTREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, KIMIN LEE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK N.A.; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNIWN TENANT #2 et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of June, 2014, the following described property:
