NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000234-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OH3 Mortgage Passthrough Certificates, Series 2007-OH3 is the Plaintiff and Michael Amato; The Unknown Spouse of Michael Amato; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, As Nominee For Flagstar Bank; Northwood of Pasco Homeowners Association, Inc. ; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK C OF NORTHWOOD UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 36 THRU 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
