NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated APRIL 11, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 51 2009 CA 010454WS DIV. J 3 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and JAMES JOLINE, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00AM, JUNE 16, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
