NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-017304, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION) is Plaintiff, and DAVID JOHN KEEN; ANN ELIZABETH KEEN A/K/A ANN E. KEEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID JOHN KEEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN ELIZABETH KEEN A/K/A ANN E. KEEN; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 11th day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 25, MAP OF VIRGINAIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
