NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 11, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Condominium Unit B3, 1301 SOHO, a Condominium, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 214 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14598, page 1016, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CC-6284 now pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
