NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032912 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee For the CertificateHolders of CWABS Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Asalia Urbina; Pedro Pena a/k/a Pedro E. Pena; Unknown Spouse of Asalia Urbina; Unknown Spouse of Pedro Pena a/k/a Pedro E. Pena; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 BLOCK 3 NORTH LAKES SECTION E UNIT 1 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51 PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
