NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-019307 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA ANN ATKINSON, RAY CHARLES YOUNG, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VIRGINIA YOUNG, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAY CHARLES YOUNG, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, HOLLY BURGETT, CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, RESIDENTS CURRENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA ANN ATKINSON,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Virginia Young, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 138 feet of the West One-Half of the Southwest One-Quarter of the Southeast One-Quarter of Section 12, Township 28, Range 21 East, lying and being situate in Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with a 1989 Palm Harbor Homes, Inc. doublewide mobile home, VIN# PH065997A and PH065997B, Title #48775980 and 48784302, located thereon as a permanent fixture and appurtenance thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
