NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-022796 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and GEORGE WEBER UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF, GEORGE WEBER, ANGELA AMIS A/K/A ANGELA MARIE EHRICH A/K/A ANGELA URENA A/K/A ANGELA MARIE AMISA/K/A ANGELA MARIE EHRICH, A/K/A ANGELA URENA, ANGELA MARIE AMIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA AMIS A/K/A ANGELA EHRICH A/K/A ANGELA URENA A/K/A ANGELA MARIE EHRICH A/K/A ANGELA MARIE AMIS, TOWNE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A BRITTON AMIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS H URENA A/K/A LUIS URENA A/K/A LUIS HUMBERTO URENA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
