NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-016234 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and DELORIS P. ADEBOWALE, DEREK THOMPSON, JENNIFER HATTEN, COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEREK S. THOMPSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER L. HATTEN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 28, Covington Park Page 4B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 36 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
