NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-018217 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and IRMA SIRE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 120, Building III, of Palma Ceia Gardens Condominium, A Condominium, According to the Declaration Thereof, as Recorded in Official Records Book 16229, at Page 1500, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
