NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 6, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-009337 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-52CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-52CB is Plaintiff and MARK HETHERINGTON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, ERICA HETHERINGTON, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, TENANT #2 NKA CLYDE ALLAH, TENANT #1 NKA DEBORAH ALLAH, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 8 of SOUTH POINTE PHASE 3A-3B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page(s) 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
