Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 6, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:

AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED FILED FOR RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6013, PAGE 1436, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7806 RIVER RIDGE DR, TAMPA, FL 33637; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
