Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment on Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2014 and Order Granting Motion to Modify Legal Description entered on May 21, 2014 in Case No. 13-CA-8979 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which IBERIABANK, as successor to CENTURY BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff and HASSAN SHAFEE; PAOLA SHAFEE A/K/A MARIA PAOLA FUENTES; AND BAY GULF CREDIT UNION are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
The North 58.50 ft. of Lot 140 and the East 36.50 ft of the North 58.50 ft. of Lot 141, Bel Mar Revised Unit No. 7, as per map or plat therefor as recorded in Plat Book 25 Page 6 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
The sale will be held on July 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
