NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-006707, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3, Plaintiff and JAMES KRIZ; SANDY KRIZ; NETRAM LOAKNAUTH A/K/A N. LOAKNAUTH; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this June 23rd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
