COCROFT; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARY DERRINGER; TENANT #2 N/K/A JAMES SCHAEFFER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
