NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash the following real and personal property more particularly described as:
LOT 22, IN BLOCK 15, GREEN RIDGE ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 80, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 29-2010-CA-019554 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
