NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2014 entered in Case No. 08-CA-001847 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC8 is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A.; John F. Collins; Javier A. Parra; Unknown Spouse of Javier A. Parra; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 18, BEACH PARK UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 151 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE WEST ONE-HALF OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST BOUNDARY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
