NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-002745-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICK F. MCNEIL; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; SURF CONSULTANTS, LLC; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 10-S, AND LOT 11, LESS THE EAST 35 FEET THEREOF IN BLOCK “D” OF CURLEW CITY FIRST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO THAT TRIANGULAR PORTION OF LOT 11-S OF BLOCK “D” OF SAID SUBDIVISION MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE COMMON TERMINUS POINT OF ALL LOTS IN SAID BLOCK “D” HAVING A LETTER SUFFIX AND RUN TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11-S WHICH IS 35 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11 OF SAID BLOCK “D”, THEN RUN WEST ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 11 AND 11-S TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY TO THE POINT OF COMMENCEMENT (COMMON TERMINUS POINT)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
