AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRIL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CETIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, Plaintiff, and, MCCARTHY, BONITA A., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of June, 2014, the following described property:
