Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 13-003997-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DIANE C. MARCOU A/K/A DIANE CURTIS MARCOU, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 6, ROUSLYNN, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
