Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated January 22, 2014, and an Order on Motion for Abatement and to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated March 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-004919-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which RREF II PEBP ACQUISITIONS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and YOUNG'S FUNERAL HOME, INC.; ROBERT C. YOUNG; CHARLES RUTLEDGE; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at an on-line public sale on June 27, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK F OF SECOND ADDITION TO BELMONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING AND BEING IN SEC. 22-29-15.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
