NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2013-004644-CI, in which U.S. Home Ownership, LLC, is Plaintiff, and William J. Thorn; Unknown Spouse of William J. Thorn; Any Unknown Tenant in Possession; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Homecoming Financial Network, Inc.; and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:
The East 45 feet of Lot 19 and 20, Block 5, Magnolia Heights, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 50, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00am, on the 10th day of September, 2014, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
