NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 12-004461-CI-33of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff, and MEAGAN SNYDER a/k/a MEGAN SNYDER a/k/a MEGAN R. SNYDER a/k/a MEAGAN R. SNYDER and TERRI PRETTO as UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants.
Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 23 FEET OF LOTS 32 AND 33 AND THE WEST 27 FEET OF LOT 31, DNEDIN PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1226 FALCON DRIVE, DUNEDIN, FL 34698
Together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights thererin.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
